Protecting our Citizens - by continuing to find innovative methods to reduce crime while respecting the constitutional rights of our citizens.
Guarding your Tax Dollars - by producing results oriented programs through fiscally conservative principals and reporting those results to our citizens.
Invest in Deputy Training - with a focus on de-escalation techniques, crisis intervention, discriminatory profiling, implicit bias, and communicating with empathy.
